- Hello. My name is Vladimir. I was born on the 23rd of October 1987 in Pleven, Bulgaria. I started practice programming when i was 8th grade. The first programm language i got familiar with was Pascal, then i began learning Delphi. Right now i'm also learning .NET C#. I made this blog for Delphi Tricks because there are so many programmers out there, interested in Delphi, who need help, but nobody takes them serious
